I'm a 15 year old Asian girl with the typical Asian hair (dark, straight, fine, silky). I had decided to grow out my hair, but then I realised I hate upkeeping long hair. So now I am cutting my hair, but I do not know how. But I am also hesitant to cut it... I don't like keeping up with long hair, but I can deal with it.
So what's YOUR opinion on how I should get my hair cut? Or should I not get it cut at all?
HELP PLEASE.

I'd say don't cut it... Let it grow out. What are the downsides of having it longer? If it's shorter, you'd end up spending more time trying to make it look good. When it's long, it'll look good all the time. Also, with longer hair, when you put it up, it stays... with short hair it can come loose easily.
And of course, it terms of looks, well, longer is hotter!

Your hair looks really pretty like that!! But if you really want to cut it and have something different, try cutting it shoulder length, layered, with side bangs/fringe or a normal fringe/bangs. =]

I really love short hair, but I would suggest you keep the length. It looks really cute right now--I like the last pic with the red head band. If you want something new do highlights or invest in some cool hair accessories.

NOO don't get a pob, they're okay for awhile but get so annoying. I love the length of your hair. If you do anything you should get it layered, with short layers, the shortest being to your ears, or get it thinned, but it's already thin. So I think you should just get it layered and cut a bit shorter.

But if you really want to cut, a little shorter than you second [shoulder length or a little above], with layers, and some really cute bangs and you'll be gorgeous!

If you want to do it short, I would suggest an A line. I would ask for a Longer A-Line, so you are not losing all of your hair. However, if you really want to keep your longer hair, I would suggest layers. They can help give your hair body and style. Especially dealing with the straight thing. It will help it mold around your face nicely, and make it easier to do.

I am sure you can print these pictures off, and take it in to your stylist, and they should be able to do whatever you would like done. I would also suggest a side bang. You sort of have it already, but it needs shaped a little more. Hope this helped!

NO POBS!!!! becs I am also asian and my daughter and I had POBS and it was difficult to maintain even when we thinned it out. It looked similar to a mullet in the Morning. Definitely nothing too short. A haircut that I really liked was Kim Cantrall AKA Samantha Jones on Sex and the city. Just make it a little longer so you cant throw it back in a pony tail on the days you're running late.

Keep the length, but add some layers, and get some volumizing spray to give it more body.

I would say keep the hair long as it is. Just playing around change the style of the hair. Maybe trim certain area. I like it now.

i think, you should give your hair a little wave. it should probably make your hair look great. but just a little wave not too curly so that you could still keep your hair straight. you have a few bangs so i think you should maintain that. you should make the ends wave inside not flying away. tell me if you like the idea! :)
