those are definatley cute hair cuts. but make sure you dont get a bimbo hair cutter. always make sure they knnow what theyre doing. shortish sidebangs with medium hair length is cute.

there not really haircuts like they dont have that many layers i think its just the way they are styled. using hairspray for volume
